When guests arrive at Circle Oak Ranch they are met with the sign and directed to the ceremony site. A string quartet would be playing modern love songs as guests were seated, and the procession would start promptly at 5:30pm. The ceremonly would last forty five minutes where guests would be escorted to the cocktail hour and reception area.
